Cocoa: body care gifts

Hello everyone!

New post dedicated to wellness gift ideas! Today I'm talking about three cocoa-based body care gifts!

Besides having a good taste, cocoa is rich in beneficial properties: it's rich in mineral salts, contains flavonoids that stimulate microcirculation and also antioxidants that counteract free radicals.
The first gift of which I speak, is the cocoa scrub against cellulite!

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder 
• 3 tsp of fine salt
• 2 tsp of coarse salt
• 2 tsp of bicarbonate
• 2 tsp of sweet almond oil
• 1 tsp of essential oil of rose mosqueta
• 1 cup of green tea
• 1 jar for cosmetics

METHOD:

1. Put all the ingredients, except green tea, in a bowl and mix them.
2. When the dough is quite homogeneous, add the green tea a little at a time, proceed with care because the dough must remain hard and not liquid.
3. When everything is well mixed put the mixture in a jar for body creams.
4. Apply on the jar a label with ingredients and way of use.

The second gift is a moisturizing face mask based on cocoa. This face mask is made also with yoghurt which clears skin spots, honey which is soothing and moisturizing and coconut oil useful for skin nutrition.

• 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
• 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp dof coconut oil
• 1 tsp of honey
• 1 jar for cosmetics

METHOD:

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
2. When everything is well mixed put the mixture in a jar for face creams.
3. Apply on the jar a label with ingredients and way of use.

It's a skin cleanser which cleans and smoothes the skin without irritating or drying it. This beauty product has many properties: the oats prevents inflammation and redness, cocoa helps to preserve the tan for a long time and the oil mint refresh and disinfect.

INGREDIENTS (for 6 bars):

• 200 g of raisins
• 100 gr of oat flour
• 50 gr of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 10 drops of mint essential oil
• honey q.s

METHOD:

1. Put everything in the mixer except honey. Run at maximum speed and then pour the mixture into a bowl and knead with your hands.
2. If it seems too dry then you can add honey. It must be very hard and mouldable like plasticine.
3. Obtain from the compound small bars by cutting them with a knife. Turn each bar with saran wrap.
4. Put the bars in a jar and apply a label with ingredients and way of use.
