INGREDIENTS:
- 12 Strawberries
- 250g dark chocolate
- 15 g butter
METHOD:
- Wash very well the strawberries and stick them from the top.
- Melt the dark chocolare with butter in a water bath.
- Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate for about 2/3 of the fruit
- Put the sticks on a polystyrene base and allow the chocolate to solidify for about 45 minutes, if necessary put in the fridge.
- Once cooled, place the strawberries in a metal tin lined with food paper and apply the label with the ingredients on the tin.
I suggest you to serve strawberries with a glass of fresh Champagne!
